Potential researchers, scientists, faculty members, industry professionals, and research scholars are invited to submit their original, high-quality, and unpublished research work to the International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Utility Transformation for Sustainability and Autonomous Vehicles (ET-UTSAV-2026).
The conference will provide a platform to present innovative ideas, share research findings, and discuss recent advancements in the fields of sustainable utilities, renewable integration, autonomous systems, smart infrastructure, and intelligent transportation technologies.
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Selected papers may also be recommended for publication in indexed journals.

Author Guidelines:
Kindly use the Full Paper provided in the website for formatting your paper. Full papers should be 8 pages. (https://www.e3s-conferences.org/for-authors)
- The paper should be original and should not have been published anywhere else or be under review for any journal or other conferences.
- A paper should not have more than five authors.
- A person should not have more than two papers irrespective of the author position.
- Tables, figures and images should have appropriate captions and be of good quality. Each of these items must be cited inline in the main text of the manuscript.
- The full article must be submitted as a MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format with proper title.
- Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise and coherent. This is especially important if English is not your first language.
- All submissions to the conference should be free of any form of plagiarism. All submissions with less than 15% similarity will only be eligible for review, with the quality and scope of the work being taken into consideration. Plagiarism report from Turnitin is also to be uploaded while submission of the paper.
- Upload the full paper through the CMT platform : (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ETUTSAV2026) Once the full paper is accepted, author(s) will be requested to submit the copyright transfer form.
- Any paper that does not follow the guidelines may not be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
- All the accepted papers must be revised with due comments and suggestions given by reviewers (if any) before the deadlines.
- All approved papers will be processed for publication once the post-conference process has been completed.
- The Publisher maintains the right to exclude any papers from the work if, in its or its advisers’ view, any papers are deemed unsuitable for publication by the Publisher. The publisher retains final decision-making authority.
Note:
- At least one author has to register at the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Only registered authors will be allowed to present papers and will be given the conference certificate.
- Nobody will be allowed to make more than two presentations during the conference. This is done to ensure diversity and inclusivity of more active participants in the conference.
